Job Duties
- Warmly greet guests, manage seating, and ensure diners are comfortably situated
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them in the POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for prompt and correct order delivery
- Memorize menu items and confidently recommend appetizers, entrées, beverages, and wine selections
- Deliver an outstanding dining experience by addressing and resolving guest concerns promptly
- Clear and tidy tables, maintain a clean and pleasant dining environment
- Set tables and adjust the dining room layout for larger groups and special events
- Assist with closing duties, including cleaning utensils and ensuring compliance with state sanitation regulations
