Job Duties
- greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
- take accurate food and drink orders and convey them to kitchen and bar staff
- provide detailed knowledge of menu items, including food ingredients, wine, and cocktails
- ensure timely delivery of orders and check for guest satisfaction
- handle payment transactions accurately and efficiently
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- collaborate with team members to provide exceptional service throughout the dining experience
