Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience as a server
- Completion or willingness to complete food safety training
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Basic computer proficiency
- Availability to work 3:30 pm - 8:00 pm shifts including weekends
- Ability to follow health and safety protocols
- Ability to maintain professionalism and positive attitude during work
Job Qualifications
- Must have 1+ years of experience as a server, preferably in fine dining
- Must complete food safety training to obtain required food handling/sanitation licenses and/or certificates
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English
- Basic computer skills for POS and payroll system
- Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with variables where limited standardization exists
- Ability to maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward residents and co-workers
Job Duties
- Accept food order, communicate to kitchen and deliver food and beverage to residents and/or guests in a timely manner
- Ensure resident/guest satisfaction by responding quickly to needs and requests
- Actively buss and reset tables as well as complete assigned side work
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers
