Job Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of security experience
Active Connecticut State Guard Card
Active Connecticut State Driver's License
Reliable transportation with clean motor vehicle history
Calm and professional demeanor
High level of customer service
Self-motivated and reliable

Job Duties

Perform access control and monitor entry points actively
Conduct routine patrols of premises to ensure safety
Enforce client regulations and directives regarding personnel and visitors
Provide excellent customer service and information to clients and visitors
Maintain order and respond to security incidents calmly and professionally
Document and report any security breaches or irregularities
Collaborate with client staff and law enforcement as necessary
