- Active Connecticut State Guard Card
- Active Connecticut State Driver's License with clean motor vehicle history
- Reliable transportation
- Minimum two years of security experience
- Preferred one year of receptionist experience or comparable
- Calm, polite, and professional demeanor
- Reliable and self-motivated

Job Duties
- Conduct access control and verify credentials of personnel and visitors
- Patrol assigned areas regularly to maintain security
- Monitor premises actively to detect and prevent unauthorized activities
- Enforce client site regulations and directives related to personnel and areas
- Provide high-level customer service and information to visitors and employees
- Maintain a calm, polite, and professional demeanor at all times
- Report security incidents and irregularities promptly to management
