Job Requirements
- Active Connecticut State Guard Card
- Active Connecticut State Driver's License with reliable transportation and clean motor vehicle history
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum two years of security experience, military or law enforcement experience may substitute
- One year of receptionist experience preferred but not required
- Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor
- Strong customer service orientation
- Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm with five hours of mandated overtime
Job Qualifications
- Active Connecticut State Guard Card
- Active Connecticut State Driver's License
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum two years of security experience or equivalent military/law enforcement background
- One year of receptionist or comparable customer-facing experience preferred
- Calm, polite, and professional demeanor
- High level of customer service skills
- Reliable and self-motivated
Job Duties
- Monitor access control points to ensure only authorized personnel enter
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned client premises to maintain security
- Enforce client-specific regulations and directives related to personnel and visitors
- Provide high-level customer service by assisting and informing employees and visitors
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation and reports regarding security activities
- Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents or emergencies
- Collaborate with management and law enforcement as necessary to uphold safety protocols
