Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid PILB license
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Minimum 1 year truck gate experience
- Physical stamina for standing and weather exposure
- Strong people skills
- Proficiency with electronic and computer tools
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Able to pass screening process
- Authorized to work in the U.S
Job Qualifications
- High school or GED diploma or transcripts in hand
- Valid PILB license
- Able to pass extensive screening process
- Minimum 2 years experience in a fast-paced environment
- At least 1 year truck gate experience
- Physical stamina to remain on feet and endure weather conditions
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficient in electronics including computers, phones, and alarm systems
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Exceptional work ethic
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by answering phones, greeting people, handling vendors, and checking IDs
- Observe and survey assigned area, reporting on activities
- Conduct foot and vehicle patrols as assigned
- Manage truck gate operations, checking incoming and outgoing trucks
- Respond rapidly and appropriately in critical situations
- Write detailed and accurate reports
- Utilize computers and electronic tools proficiently
- Enforce customer procedures, regulations and standards
