Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid PILB license
- Driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of security or related law/military experience
- Ability to pass thorough screening
- Physical ability to perform assigned duties
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- US work authorization
Job Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the US
- Have a high school education or equivalent (GED)
- Possess a valid PILB license
- Hold a driver's license with a clean driving record
- Possess superior people skills
- Pass an extensive screening process
- Have at least 1 year of security experience or equivalent military/law enforcement experience
- Demonstrate physical stamina to sit, stand, walk and endure weather during shifts
- Display strong work ethic
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Observe and survey assigned areas and report activities accurately
- Respond rapidly and effectively to critical situations
- Write detailed and clear reports
- Enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards
- Control access and maintain order in lobby areas by checking IDs and preventing hazards
- Patrol assigned areas inside and outside, handling vehicles safely if required
- Stand, sit, walk, and work in various weather conditions during shifts
