Job Duties
- Prepare and bake breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods from scratch
- Follow recipes to maintain consistency
- Operate and maintain baking equipment, including ovens, mixers, and proofers
- Ensure proper food safety and sanitation practices
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supplies needed
- Decorate and package baked goods for display and sale
