Job Requirements
- Displays strong creative background, able to suggest alternatives, and be open to suggestion
- Extensive knowledge in food safety, including knowledge of danger zone, temperature control, storage, logs
- Expertise in baking

- Demonstrate ability to work independently and be organized

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate
- Food Handling/Safety Certification preferred but not required
- Able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Experience in scratch baking
- Must be 18 years and older
Job Duties
- Prepare and bake breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods from scratch
- Follow recipes to maintain consistency
- Operate and maintain baking equipment, including ovens, mixers, and proofers
- Ensure proper food safety and sanitation practices
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supplies needed
- Decorate and package baked goods for display and sale
