Job Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Communicate effectively in the predominant language(s) of the restaurant’s trading area
- Have knowledge of food and beverage service
- Possess excellent basic math skills
- Be able to operate a cash register or POS system
- Work in a standing position for long periods of time
- Reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
- Have at least five years of full restaurant management experience

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Understanding of front-of-house operations
- Experience in managing staff performance and scheduling
Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and coordinate staff activities
- Ensure guests receive friendly and courteous service at all times
- Maintain food quality, portioning, and serving standards consistently
- Train and develop employees to meet company objectives in sales, service, and cleanliness
- Handle cash and receipts following proper cash management procedures
- Make hiring and termination decisions
- Fill in operational roles as needed to maintain service standards
- Prepare required paperwork including reports and schedules
- Conduct equipment inspections and adhere to preventative maintenance programs
- Receive and verify product deliveries according to company policies
- Conduct employee performance appraisals on schedule
- Schedule labor according to business needs while managing labor costs
- Enforce company policies and administer corrective actions fairly
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations
- Develop and implement marketing and promotional campaigns
