Job Duties
- Walk the grounds and common areas daily removing litter and debris
- Empty trash receptacles as needed
- Clean hallways lobbies stairwells elevator cars and other common areas by vacuuming dusting buffing and washing
- Use power washer clean or vacuum pool as needed
- Assist maintenance team with various tasks as required
