Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year maintenance experience in relevant settings
- solid understanding of plumbing, electrical, painting, and general repair work
- reliable and detail-focused
- good communication abilities
- availability for full-time work
- ability to commute within 15 miles of job location
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of maintenance experience in apartments, hotels, or commercial buildings
- solid knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, painting, and repairs
- experience with HVAC, appliances, or carpentry is a plus
- dependable and detail-oriented
- strong communication skills
Job Duties
- Turn vacant units into move-in ready homes
- complete work orders in both occupied and vacant units
- perform general repairs including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall patching, and painting
- assist with exterior maintenance as needed
- provide excellent customer service to residents
- support the on-site team during downtime with porter and grounds duties
