Job Requirements
- Must reside in Nashville metro area
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule (three days in office, two days home office) or five days in the office
- Extensive experience with reservation systems like Sabre and ClientBase
- Minimum five years of luxury vacation travel advisor experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to research and resolve client issues
- Must have a suitable home office setup if working remotely
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- Five plus years of luxury vacation travel advisor experience specializing in cruises and FIT vacations
- Excellent customer service skills
- Specialty certifications in travel destinations or types preferred
- Extensive knowledge of luxury travel business, suppliers, and leisure travel types
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to act as a self-starter and close sales independently
- Proactive and cooperative team player
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
Job Duties
- Book domestic and international luxury travel packages including cruises, tours, flights, hotels, resorts, rental cars, and transfers
- Represent TRAVELINK at local Nashville events and meet with clients in person
- Utilize computerized reservation systems such as Sabre and ClientBase to manage bookings
- Provide high-touch, personalized customer service to luxury travel clients
- Research client problems and resolve issues efficiently
- Act as a proactive, resourceful team member cooperating respectfully
- Manage and organize time effectively to handle multiple client demands
