Job Requirements

  • experience working in a restaurant kitchen
  • ability to prepare gourmet burgers, salads, sandwiches, and fries
  • knowledge of safe food handling and hygiene
  • ability to safely use culinary knives and kitchen equipment
  • physical ability to lift and maneuver boxes weighing 20-25lb
  • willingness to work flexible hours
  • commitment to doing the right thing when no one is watching

Job Duties

  • cooking and preparing gourmet burgers, salads, sandwiches, and fries
  • preparing, serving, cooking, and storing food safely and hygienically
  • safe handling of culinary knives and kitchen equipment
  • cleaning and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen and working areas
  • occasionally lifting and maneuvering up to 20-25lb boxes of food ingredients
