Job Duties
- cook and prepare gourmet burgers, salads, sandwiches, and a variety of fries
- prepare, serve, cook, and store food safely and hygienically
- handle culinary knives and kitchen equipment safely
- clean and maintain a clean and safe kitchen and working areas
- occasionally lift and maneuver up to 20-25lb boxes of food ingredients and store them as required
