Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year experience working as a line cook or in a similar culinary role
  • Ability to work weekdays Monday through Friday from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform kitchen tasks
  • Availability to work full-time
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Ability to follow health and safety protocols

Job Qualifications

  • Previous line cook experience in a professional kitchen
  • Culinary training or certification preferred
  • Passion for creating diverse, global cuisine
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency in food preparation
