Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience working as a line cook or in a similar culinary role
- Ability to work weekdays Monday through Friday from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform kitchen tasks
- Availability to work full-time
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to follow health and safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- Previous line cook experience in a professional kitchen
- Culinary training or certification preferred
- Passion for creating diverse, global cuisine
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
