Job Requirements

  • Previous food preparation or line cook experience preferred
  • ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
  • strong work ethic and reliability
  • high school diploma or GED preferred
  • ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • reliable transportation to and from work

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and standards
  • ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are met at all times
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations and storage areas
  • assist with ingredient prep, portioning, and stocking kitchen supplies as needed
  • work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and consistency
  • follow all safety and company policies, including proper use of kitchen equipment
  • communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth kitchen operations
