Job Requirements
- Previous food preparation or line cook experience preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and standards
- ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are met at all times
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations and storage areas
- assist with ingredient prep, portioning, and stocking kitchen supplies as needed
- work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and consistency
- follow all safety and company policies, including proper use of kitchen equipment
- communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth kitchen operations
