Job Requirements

Food handler certification
Minimum 1-2 years line cook experience
Display basic to experienced knife skills
Must be able to work sauté, grill and garde manger stations
Ability to multi-task
Must be able to stand for 8+ hours per day
Must be 18+ years or older
Flexible scheduling including early mornings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

Food handler certification
Minimum 1-2 years line cook experience
Experience in a luxury hotel dining restaurant preferred
Display basic to experienced knife skills
Ability to work sauté, grill and garde manger stations
Ability to multi-task
Ability to stand for 8+ hours per day

Job Duties

Support restaurant chef/sous chef and supervisor
Assist in training staff
Control quality and consistency of all food served
Ensure station is set for service 15 minutes prior to service
Ensure all food supplies necessary for service are in appropriate supply on a timely basis
Assist in controlling food costs
Required to learn all menu items produced by assigned station
