Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of restaurant experience preferred
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks
Must be available on Thanksgiving Day (Thursday, November 27th)
Reliable transportation to various locations in LA and OC County
Flexibility to work full-time, part-time, or temporary shifts
Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols

Job Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of restaurant experience preferred
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail
Effective communication skills in English
Flexibility to work various shifts including holidays
Knowledge of health and safety guidelines
Previous hospitality or kitchen experience

Job Duties

Clean dishes and kitchen utensils
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas
Set up and break down workstations
Assist in waste disposal and recycling
Support other kitchen staff as needed
Follow health and safety regulations
Ensure timely dishwashing to support kitchen operations
