- Previous experience in housekeeping supervision in a hotel or hospitality setting
- willingness and ability to perform hands-on cleaning
- excellent leadership and communication skills

Job Duties
- Supervise and support housekeeping staff with daily room assignments and task completion
- conduct detailed inspections of guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness, maintenance, and compliance with brand standards
- assist the General Manager with scheduling, timekeeping, and supply management
- step in to clean guest rooms or public spaces when needed to support the team
- train, coach, and motivate staff to deliver consistent quality and excellent guest service
- address guest concerns promptly and professionally
- monitor supply inventory and request orders as needed
- ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- coordinate with the front desk and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are guest-ready
