Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in housekeeping supervision in a hotel or hospitality setting
  • willingness and ability to perform hands-on cleaning
  • excellent leadership and communication skills
  • strong attention to detail
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • basic computer proficiency
  • English language proficiency

  • Previous housekeeping supervisory experience in a hotel or hospitality setting
  • willingness and ability to perform hands-on cleaning duties when necessary
  • strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • exceptional attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction
  • flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
  • basic computer skills
  • experience with housekeeping or property management software is a plus
  • English required
  • bilingual skills are a plus

Job Duties

  • Supervise and support housekeeping staff with daily room assignments and task completion
  • conduct detailed inspections of guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness, maintenance, and compliance with brand standards
  • assist the General Manager with scheduling, timekeeping, and supply management
  • step in to clean guest rooms or public spaces when needed to support the team
  • train, coach, and motivate staff to deliver consistent quality and excellent guest service
  • address guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • monitor supply inventory and request orders as needed
  • ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • coordinate with the front desk and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are guest-ready
