Job Requirements
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, crouch, kneel and reach for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 30 lbs
Job Qualifications
- Previous host experience in a high-volume environment preferred
- Previous guest service experience
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organization skills
- Effective teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Welcome guests to the restaurant and provide accurate wait times
- Monitor waiting lists and escort guests to assigned dining or bar areas while explaining PopStroke mobile ordering concept
- Maintain a clean host area and answer incoming calls and address guests' queries
- Assist with ensuring the cleanliness of all restaurant areas including gaming areas and restrooms
- Restock service stations and restrooms
- Assist the food and beverage staff as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a memorable experience for all guests
- Answer phone calls and inquiries regarding venue, pricing, menu and other information in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain the host area fully stocked and clean
- Work in both an indoor and outdoor environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
