Job Duties
- Greet guests with genuine enthusiasm and warmth upon arrival
- Inform guests of their wait time and manage the waitlist using the Resy system
- Escort guests to their tables and provide a fond farewell upon departure
- Take drink orders and refill beverages promptly
- Perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning glassware and menus
- Ensure restrooms are clean, stocked, and orderly
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members to maintain smooth service flow
