Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior general manager experience
- ability to lead and motivate teams
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends
- proficiency in managing operational budgets
- willingness to work at locations in Midcoast, Central, or Southern Maine
Job Qualifications
- previous general manager experience in high volume locations
- graduation from McDonald's Hamburger University
- certifications in OTP2 or OTP3 preferred
- experience in quick service restaurants
- background in hospitality or retail is desirable
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent communication and organizational abilities
Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant
- ensure compliance with McDonald's standards of quality, service, cleanliness, and food safety
- set restaurant goals in collaboration with Area Supervisor
- lead and develop Shift and Department Managers
- monitor progress and coach managers to improve departments
- hire and train new managers
- implement the McDonald's PACE system
