Job Requirements
- Be 21 years of age
- Communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of the restaurant’s trading area
- Have knowledge of service and food and beverage operations involving at least three years of front-of-house or assistant management experience
- Possess excellent math skills
- Able to stand for long periods up to five hours
- Able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Five plus years as a full service restaurant general manager
- Knowledge of front-of-house operations or assistant management positions
- Excellent basic math skills
- Able to operate a cash register or POS system
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to develop and lead a team professionally
Job Duties
- Work flexible hours including weekends, nights and holidays
- Understand and enforce all policies, procedures, standards and training programs
- Ensure all guests receive friendly, responsive and courteous service
- Maintain food and product quality per restaurant standards
- Achieve sales, service, quality, facility appearance, sanitation and cleanliness objectives
- Control cash and receipts following cash handling procedures
- Make hiring and termination decisions
- Fill in as needed to maintain guest service and operational efficiency
