Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have at least one year of fast food or restaurant management experience preferred
- Be able to work in a team and promote productivity
- Follow specifications, policies, and procedures outlined in the Operations Manual
- Be reliable and maintain a professional demeanor
- Maintain an organized and food safety compliant work area
- Exhibit good attitude and effective communication
- Be capable of working under pressure
Job Qualifications
- Prior fast food or restaurant manager experience preferred
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties
- Supervise restaurant operations to ensure excellent service and profitability
- Manage employee scheduling and inventory to maintain efficient shifts
- Train team members on operational procedures and customer service standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Monitor and control food cost, labor, and other controllable expenses
- Foster a positive and productive team environment
- Represent the Firehouse Subs brand professionally at all times
