Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have at least one year of fast food or restaurant management experience preferred
  • Be able to work in a team and promote productivity
  • Follow specifications, policies, and procedures outlined in the Operations Manual
  • Be reliable and maintain a professional demeanor
  • Maintain an organized and food safety compliant work area
  • Exhibit good attitude and effective communication
  • Be capable of working under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • Prior fast food or restaurant manager experience preferred
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of food safety standards
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Job Duties

  • Supervise restaurant operations to ensure excellent service and profitability
  • Manage employee scheduling and inventory to maintain efficient shifts
  • Train team members on operational procedures and customer service standards
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Monitor and control food cost, labor, and other controllable expenses
  • Foster a positive and productive team environment
  • Represent the Firehouse Subs brand professionally at all times
