have prior fast food or restaurant manager work experience
be at least 18 years old
be able to work under pressure
follow specifications, policies, and procedures outlined in the Operations Manual
be able to work in a team environment and promote productivity
be an effective communicator
have a good attitude

maintain an organized and food safety compliant work area
represent Firehouse Subs in a professional and positive manner

Job Qualifications

prior fast food or restaurant manager work experience of one year or more preferred
effective communication skills
ability to work in a team environment and promote productivity
strong leadership and decision-making capabilities
knowledge of food safety standards and operational procedures
positive attitude and reliability
minimum age of 18 years

Job Duties

supervise the restaurant to ensure excellent service and optimum profitability
run efficient and effective shifts maintaining operational standards
make decisions affecting employee and guest satisfaction
manage scheduling and inventory responsibilities
provide training and development opportunities for staff
ensure compliance with food cost, labor, controllable, and sales growth guidelines
represent the Firehouse Subs brand professionally and positively at all times
