Job Qualifications
- prior fast food or restaurant manager work experience of one year or more preferred
- effective communication skills
- ability to work in a team environment and promote productivity
- strong leadership and decision-making capabilities
- knowledge of food safety standards and operational procedures
- positive attitude and reliability
- minimum age of 18 years
Job Duties
- supervise the restaurant to ensure excellent service and optimum profitability
- run efficient and effective shifts maintaining operational standards
- make decisions affecting employee and guest satisfaction
- manage scheduling and inventory responsibilities
- provide training and development opportunities for staff
- ensure compliance with food cost, labor, controllable, and sales growth guidelines
- represent the Firehouse Subs brand professionally and positively at all times
