  • have prior fast food or restaurant manager work experience
  • be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

  • prior fast food or restaurant manager work experience of one year or more preferred
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to work in a team environment and promote productivity
  • strong leadership and decision-making capabilities
  • knowledge of food safety standards and operational procedures
  • positive attitude and reliability
  • minimum age of 18 years

Job Duties

  • supervise the restaurant to ensure excellent service and optimum profitability
  • run efficient and effective shifts maintaining operational standards
  • make decisions affecting employee and guest satisfaction
  • manage scheduling and inventory responsibilities
  • provide training and development opportunities for staff
  • ensure compliance with food cost, labor, controllable, and sales growth guidelines
  • represent the Firehouse Subs brand professionally and positively at all times
