Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have one year or more of fast food or restaurant manager experience preferred
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Follow specifications, policies, and procedures outlined in the Operations Manual
  • Work effectively in a team environment
  • Maintain an organized and food safety compliant workspace
  • Represent Firehouse Subs professionally and positively at all times
  • Execute the Firehouse Subs Brand Standard

Job Qualifications

  • Prior fast food or restaurant manager experience preferred
  • Effective communicator

Job Duties

  • Supervise restaurant operations to ensure excellent service and optimum profitability
  • Run efficient and effective shifts while managing employee and guest satisfaction
  • Handle scheduling and inventory management
  • Provide training opportunities and enforce operational guidelines
  • Maintain food safety compliance and a clean work environment
  • Execute the Firehouse Subs Brand Standard consistently
  • Monitor and manage food cost, labor, controllables, and sales growth targets
