Job Requirements

Be at least 18 years old
Have one year or more of fast food or restaurant manager experience preferred
Ability to work under pressure
Follow specifications, policies, and procedures outlined in the Operations Manual
Work effectively in a team environment
Maintain an organized and food safety compliant workspace
Represent Firehouse Subs professionally and positively at all times
Execute the Firehouse Subs Brand Standard

Job Qualifications

Prior fast food or restaurant manager experience preferred
Effective communicator
Ability to work under pressure
Team-oriented with productivity focus
Knowledge of food safety practices
Reliable and professional work ethic
Positive attitude and customer service orientation

Job Duties

Supervise restaurant operations to ensure excellent service and optimum profitability
Run efficient and effective shifts while managing employee and guest satisfaction
Handle scheduling and inventory management
Provide training opportunities and enforce operational guidelines
Maintain food safety compliance and a clean work environment
Execute the Firehouse Subs Brand Standard consistently
Monitor and manage food cost, labor, controllables, and sales growth targets
