Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have one year or more of fast food or restaurant manager experience preferred
- Ability to work under pressure
- Follow specifications, policies, and procedures outlined in the Operations Manual
- Work effectively in a team environment
- Maintain an organized and food safety compliant workspace
- Represent Firehouse Subs professionally and positively at all times
- Execute the Firehouse Subs Brand Standard
Job Qualifications
- Prior fast food or restaurant manager experience preferred
- Effective communicator

Job Duties
- Supervise restaurant operations to ensure excellent service and optimum profitability
- Run efficient and effective shifts while managing employee and guest satisfaction
- Handle scheduling and inventory management
- Provide training opportunities and enforce operational guidelines
- Maintain food safety compliance and a clean work environment
- Execute the Firehouse Subs Brand Standard consistently
- Monitor and manage food cost, labor, controllables, and sales growth targets
