Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food in large quantities according to standardized recipes
  • Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure accurate meal preparation
  • Utilize various cooking methods including grilling, baking, sautéing, steaming, and frying
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain kitchen cleanliness
  • Monitor food quality, consistency, and presentation throughout production
  • Assist in managing kitchen inventory, ensuring proper storage and rotation
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Work efficiently to ensure food readiness on schedule
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food production
  • Accurately measure and portion ingredients
  • Maintain clean and organized work environment
  • Keep accurate production logs and minimize food waste
