Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
  • 5 plus years of experience in engineering
  • Ability to support 24-hour operations center inquiries
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Capability to coordinate with cross-functional teams
  • Availability for on and off hours support

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
  • 5 plus years of experience in engineering
  • Familiarity with Boeing flight operations, performance software, and commercial airplane performance
  • Ability to summarize results and develop conclusions and recommendations based on data sources

Job Duties

  • Respond to customer inquiries on MMEL, DDG, flight crew procedures, and ferry flight requests
  • Provide on and off hours support to Boeing's 24-hour Operations Center
  • Conduct fast-paced, high-level research into customer inquiries
  • Coordinate with engineering teams and technical pilots to develop detailed responses
  • Document work with comprehensive technical details
  • Champion improvements to technologies, tools, and processes
  • Assist in training others in work processes and work products
