Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
- 5 plus years of experience in engineering
- Ability to support 24-hour operations center inquiries
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Capability to coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Availability for on and off hours support
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
- 5 plus years of experience in engineering
- Familiarity with Boeing flight operations, performance software, and commercial airplane performance
- Ability to summarize results and develop conclusions and recommendations based on data sources
Job Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries on MMEL, DDG, flight crew procedures, and ferry flight requests
- Provide on and off hours support to Boeing's 24-hour Operations Center
- Conduct fast-paced, high-level research into customer inquiries
- Coordinate with engineering teams and technical pilots to develop detailed responses
- Document work with comprehensive technical details
- Champion improvements to technologies, tools, and processes
- Assist in training others in work processes and work products
