Job Requirements

  • At least 21 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to get in and out of all sizes of vehicles

Job Duties

  • Responsible for the movement of vehicles to and from car washes, fueling stations, and service centers
  • Ensures vehicles are clean and ready for events as requested
  • Responsible for checking vehicles in and out as they are returned to storage locations
  • Attaches and detaches plates to vehicles as required
  • Inspects vehicles upon return from events and submits proper and complete documentation
  • Responsible for the handling and use of company credit cards as needed daily
  • Uses key control methods to ensure keys are not lost nor left in unsecured areas
  • Parks vehicles in both the outside lot and inside secured parking area as directed
  • Performs special projects assigned by the manager as needed
  • Minor troubleshooting as necessary for low/dead batteries, jump start vehicles, documents fuel levels, and minimizes risk and damage to units while in possession thereof
  • Perform weekly inventory audits of vehicles and keys
  • Monitors the charging of electric vehicles as needed
  • Maintains and completes damage reports and tracking
  • Adhere to Suburban Automotive Service’s DRIVEN values and align business practices to support the SAS mission and vision
