Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of restaurant experience preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
English proficiency preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift heavy objects
Reliable and punctual

Job Duties

Clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment thoroughly
Ensure the kitchen area is kept clean and sanitary
Assist kitchen staff with basic food prep tasks
Dispose of waste and rubbish according to sanitation guidelines
Maintain dishwashing machines and report malfunctions
Follow safety and hygiene protocols consistently
Support team members with additional duties as required
