Job Duties
- wash dishes and kitchen utensils thoroughly and efficiently
- operate dishwashing machines and ensure proper sanitation
- maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dishwashing areas
- organize and store clean utensils and equipment
- assist kitchen staff with basic tasks as needed
- monitor dishwashing supplies and report shortages
- adhere to health and safety regulations
