- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Bartender experience required
- Must be DE ABCC certified
- Working knowledge of products and brands at the bar
- Working knowledge of drink recipes and garnishes
- Working knowledge of wine lists
- Available to work year round

Job Duties
- Mix all drinks in the bar
- Provide service to servers on the shift in a timely fashion
- Maintain full knowledge of all wines, beers, and spirits offered at the bar
- Prepare cocktails with accuracy and consistency according to recipes
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Assist in inventory control and restocking supplies
- Deliver exceptional customer service to club members and guests
