Job Requirements
- Previous experience as a bartender in a restaurant or bar setting preferred
- familiarity with Toast POS system or similar point-of-sale software
- strong customer service skills and the ability to interact with a diverse clientele
- experience working in banquet or event settings is a plus
- understanding of food safety guidelines and regulations
- basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve house and classic cocktails according to recipes
- prepare syrups and batches for house cocktails
- maintain a clean and organized bar area
- handle cash transactions and operate a cash register
- provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns or complaints
- collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders to customers
- assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring stock levels
