Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
At least two years of restaurant cooking experience preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
Must be able to communicate in basic English
Capability to stand for long periods and perform physical kitchen tasks
Reliable transportation to various locations within LA and OC County
Availability to work on Saturday, October 18th

Job Qualifications

Minimum of two years restaurant cooking experience preferred
Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
Good communication skills
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends
Basic English proficiency preferred
Proven ability to follow recipes and kitchen procedures

Job Duties

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met
Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage food orders and inventory
Assist with food preparation and plating
Adapt to different kitchen environments and work schedules
Follow all health and safety regulations strictly
