Job Requirements

- at least 1 year of cooking experience

Job Duties
- Preparing ingredients by chopping, weighing, and mixing
- washing and peeling fresh produce
- cooking food according to established recipes and presentation standards
- operating kitchen equipment including ovens, stoves, and fryers
- testing food for quality and ensuring safe cooking practices
- maintaining a clean and organized workstation
- serving food in proper portions and ensuring cleanliness in the kitchen area
- following company safety policies and reporting maintenance needs or unsafe conditions
- maintaining a clean and professional appearance
- developing positive relationships with team members and contributing to a positive work environment
