Job Duties
- Set up kitchen stations and prepare equipment before meal service
- prepare and cook food orders accurately while maintaining safety and cleanliness
- work across multiple kitchen stations as needed
- assist with event catering and special functions
- communicate effectively with kitchen team and report issues to management
- participate in training and staff meetings
- maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
