Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year bussing experience
- friendly, energetic, detail-oriented team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- restaurant experience is a plus but not required
- desire to help where needed and work as part of a team
- ability to work positively and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
- strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor entire bar area and service wells
- excellent communication skills
- exceptional attention to detail
- exhibit a professional appearance and mannerisms
- flexibility to work a variety of shifts
- must be able to stand, walk, reach, bend, stoop, and wipe for extended periods
- must be able to carry trays and supplies up to 50 lbs
- food handler certification

Job Duties
- Cleaning and sweeping the dining areas of the restaurant
- cleaning, sanitizing, and resetting each table for the next guest
- taking out the garbage
- stocking stations with necessary supplies
- cleaning the bathrooms
- anticipate guests' and coworkers' needs and exceed guest service expectations
- protect establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation and safety policies
- maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
- respond urgently and appropriately to guests' and coworkers' needs
- exhibit a professional appearance and mannerisms
- ensure guests are enjoying their experience and take action to correct any problems
- conclude the guest experience by acknowledging choice of establishment and inviting patrons to return
- complete assigned sidework at the beginning, during, and at end of shift
