Job Duties

  • Assist baker team in all levels of project execution including, but not limited to planning, production, clean-up, etc.
  • Properly time and prepare mixes for production to ensure continuous flow of operations (raw materials to depositing to baking to packing)
  • Mix dough according to specific recipes and standards
  • Shape bread dough accurately to maintain consistent product quality
  • Operate commercial bakery equipment including spiral mixers, convection ovens, and deck ovens
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines strictly
  • Package finished bread products for delivery and sale
