Job Requirements
- Experience in bread baking, especially overnight baking
- Ability to mix, shape, and bake artisan breads
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work overnight shifts starting around 10:00 PM
- Familiarity with commercial baking equipment

Job Duties
- Assist baker team in all levels of project execution including planning, production, clean-up
- Properly time and prepare mixes for production to ensure continuous flow of operations from raw materials to depositing, baking, and packing
- Mix dough accurately according to recipes
- Shape bread consistently to maintain product quality
- Operate and maintain commercial bakery equipment such as spiral mixers, convection ovens, deck ovens, proffers, retarders, and dough dividers
- Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
- Coordinate with team members to meet production deadlines
