  • adeptness in using commercial bakery equipment such as spiral mixers, convection and deck ovens, proofer cabinets, retarders, and dough dividers
  • understanding of food safety practices
  • flexibility to work late night and early morning shifts

Job Duties

  • assist baker team in all levels of project execution including, but not limited to planning, production, clean-up, etc.
  • properly time and prepare mixes for production to ensure continuous flow of operations (raw materials to depositing to baking to baking to packing)
  • mix dough according to established recipes and standards
  • shape bread doughs with precision and attention to detail
  • operate commercial bakery equipment including spiral mixers, convection ovens, and deck ovens
  • ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
  • package finished bread products for sale and distribution
