Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years bartending experience
- Prior bartending experience with knowledge of wine, beer and spirits
- Ability to stand for most of shift
- Ability to pull and lift up to 15 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 40 pounds
- Ability to kneel, crouch, bend, reach overhead and walk
- Must work weekends, holidays and evenings as required
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Adhere to grooming and appearance standards
- Comply with employee handbook policies
- Show courteous and professional behavior
- Attend pre-meal meetings when requested
Job Qualifications

- Excellent oral communication skills
- Positive interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong communication and cooperative skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to interact professionally and courteously with members and guests
- Prior bartending experience
- Knowledge of wine, beer and spirits

Job Duties
- Have complete product knowledge and offer suggestions to enhance guest experience
- Perform assigned side work
- Stock bar with liquor, beer, wine, champagne, mixers, ice, fruits and vegetables
- Set up bar with proper glassware and necessary tools
- Maintain bar inventory throughout shift
- Provide immediate attention to members and guests upon seating
- Take members and guests orders and make suggestions
- Assemble and serve drinks
- Verify bill accuracy and handle account charges as per procedures
- Keep tables and bar clean and tidy
- Advise supervisor of complaints immediately
- Perform clean up and closing duties assigned by manager
- Attend pre-meal meetings as requested
- Offer assistance in dining room during idle time with cocktail orders, wine-opening, clearing, resetting tables
