Job Requirements
- must have fine dining experience
- provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
- ability to carry heavy trays of food and serve guests in a timely manner
- positive attitude and ability to move quickly under pressure with FOH and BOH staff
- able to perform work unsupervised
- able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system
- ability to stand for 5+ hours and lift heavy trays of food
Job Qualifications
- enthusiastic and able to work well under pressure with servers, bussers, and other staff
- excellent knowledge of wine and liquor service
- creativity with cocktails
- enjoy interacting with guests
- previous customer service experience in a fast-paced fine dining environment
- availability for part-time nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- prepare and create exceptional beverages for bar and restaurant guests
- interact with customers, take orders, and serve all menu courses
- assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
- stay guest-focused and nurture an outstanding guest experience
- comply with all food and beverage regulations
- keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean
