Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years of relevant restaurant or bar experience
- must be 21 years of age or older
- approved state alcohol training required
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- capability to lift up to 50 lbs
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- ability to remain calm and troubleshoot under pressure
Job Qualifications
- 21+ years old
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least 2 years of professional restaurant management experience preferred
- approved state alcohol training
- knowledge of liquor, bar service, and recipe standards
- strong people management, communication, and listening skills
- adaptable to food handling training as required by local laws
- excellent time management and organizational skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- internally motivated and detail oriented
- passion for teaching others
- flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Provide positive energy at all times with a winning spirit
- work collaboratively with team members while maintaining a cheerful attitude
- manage all transactions relating to payments accurately
- maintain a clean, safe, and organized workplace
- greet guests and inform them of specials and menu changes while answering their questions
- take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system promptly
- ensure guest satisfaction by responding to additional requests and determining when meals are completed
- keep POS and service areas clean and organized before, during, and after shifts
- comply with all federal, state, and local laws, codes, and company policies
