Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience as a barista
- knowledge of espresso machines and brewing techniques
- strong communication skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Crafting specialty espresso drinks with precision and consistency
- operating and maintaining espresso machines and brewing equipment

- building genuine relationships with our regulars and new customers
- collaborating with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- contributing to our caf's welcoming, upscale atmosphere
