Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, wine, and beer

NYC bartending license or ATAP certification

Job Duties

Craft high-quality cocktails with consistency, speed, and creativity
Provide exceptional guest service with a friendly, welcoming attitude
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
Handle cash and POS transactions accurately (knowledge of TOAST is a plus)
Collaborate with the bar and floor team to deliver a seamless guest experience
Stay on top of industry trends and contribute fresh ideas to the cocktail program
