Job Requirements
- Ability to obtain Washington Food Safety Card within 3 days of hiring
- Ability to stand for long periods, up to 8 hours
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and different venues or locations
- Some outlets may require intermediate skiing or snowboarding ability
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff
- Commitment to safety and maintaining a clean work environment
Job Qualifications
- 3 to 4 years of culinary experience as a baker or pastry cook
- Strong attention to detail and consistency in food preparation
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors
- Willingness to learn and develop culinary skills
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- Prepare fresh baked goods according to recipes and chef instructions
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstation, kitchen, and dining areas
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards including HAACP procedures
- Assist in recipe adherence and proper production procedures
- Collaborate with culinary team to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery
- Promote a positive and professional culinary culture within the food and beverage department
- Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety regulations
