Job Requirements

  • Ability to obtain Washington Food Safety Card within 3 days of hiring
  • Ability to stand for long periods, up to 8 hours
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and different venues or locations
  • Some outlets may require intermediate skiing or snowboarding ability
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff
  • Commitment to safety and maintaining a clean work environment

Job Qualifications

  • 3 to 4 years of culinary experience as a baker or pastry cook
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency in food preparation
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors
  • Willingness to learn and develop culinary skills
  • Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Prepare fresh baked goods according to recipes and chef instructions
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstation, kitchen, and dining areas
  • Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards including HAACP procedures
  • Assist in recipe adherence and proper production procedures
  • Collaborate with culinary team to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery
  • Promote a positive and professional culinary culture within the food and beverage department
  • Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety regulations
