Job Requirements
- 3-4 years culinary experience as a baker and/or pastry cook
- Ability to obtain WA Food Safety Card within 3 days of hiring
- Ability to stand for long periods, 8 hours at a time
- Intermediate skiing/snowboarding ability required for some culinary outlets in the winter season
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and different venues or locations
- Willingness to learn and develop as a culinary professional
- Ability to lift, carry, or move at least 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests, supervisors, and staff
Job Qualifications
- 3-4 years of culinary experience as a baker or pastry cook
- Knowledge of baking techniques and pastry preparation
- Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency
- Strong attention to detail and creativity
- Familiarity with kitchen safety and sanitation standards
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced culinary environment
Job Duties
- Prepare fresh baked goods according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation in compliance with HAACP procedures
- Assist in recipe adherence and proper production processes
- Promote a positive and professional culinary culture within the Food & Beverage outlets
- Ensure food safety and kitchen sanitation standards are consistently met
- Work evenings, weekends, holidays, and at various venues as required
- Collaborate with culinary team to support efficient kitchen operations
