Job Duties
- Turn vacant units into move-in ready homes
- Complete work orders in both occupied and vacant units
- Perform general repairs including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall patching, and painting
- Assist with exterior maintenance as needed
- Provide excellent customer service to residents
- Support the on-site team during downtime with porter and grounds duties
